Trisha Borrero is a neurodivergent Speech-Language Pathologist and mother of two neurodivergent children. She is nationally certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. Working with the pediatric population for over 20 years, she graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and was a professional educator in both the public and charter school settings. She currently holds Florida Department of Education certifications in Biology, Elementary Education, English for Speakers of Other Languages, Exceptional Student Education, and Speech-Language Impaired.
She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Science and Disorders and graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science degree in Communication Science and Disorders. She received a Distinguished Early Career Professional Certificate and an Award for Continuing Education from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In addition, she is a graduate of ASHA's 2024-2025 Leadership Development Program and is a Mentor for their Leadership Mentoring Program. She is also a Certified Lingraphica Technology Specialist, a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). She is actively working toward a certification as an ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP).
In her free time, she enjoys her specific interests of reading about all things related to neuroscience, playing Scrabble and WordFeud, baking gluten-free treats, and going on adventures with her wonderful husband and two amazing children.

Alexa is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant who enjoys working with children who have a variety of communication needs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology there as well. In addition to her academic and clinical work, Alexa works as a graduate assistant in a research lab that focuses on the brain and language relationships of children who are on the autism spectrum. Her coursework and clinical exposure have shaped her passion to supporting children and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.
